Norway contributes $40 million in core resources to UNDP for 2024

Norway has contributed $40 million (NOK 428.4 million) in regular (core) resources to UNDP for 2024. In a statement UNDP thanks Norway for its continued trust and support which enables coordinated, flexible and rapid responses to development needs and emergencies around the world.  

This contribution from Norway is critical for UNDP’s efforts to support the world’s poorest countries to eradicate poverty and strengthen their resilience to crisis. The support will also help reduce inequalities and strengthen inclusive and effective governance systems worldwide.
