To mark Yom HaShoah, Holocaust Remembrance Day in the Hebrew calendar, a new podcast series created to preserve the “voices of resistance, resilience and courage” was launched. “In Their Words: Surviving the Holocaust. Finding Hope” shares stories of those targeted by the Nazis and their racial collaborators during the Holocaust.

Episode 1. Vered Kater
Episode 2. Veronica Phillips
Episode 3. Halina Wolloh
Episode 4. Broni Zajbert
Episode 5. Rabbi Arthur Schneier

As they share their testimonies, the survivors reaffirm the dignity and humanity that the Nazis set out to shatter. We encourage you to take time to listen to these episodes at your own pace.

Each episode features an in-depth conversation with a Holocaust survivor, tracing their journey from childhood to present day. The speakers have previously participated in United Nations Holocaust commemorative events around the world, sharing their stark testimonies as a warning to the world on the dangers of hate, and their journey toward hope.
