UNFCCC: Climate Week 2025 kicks off

Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon travelled to Greenland to see first-hand the impacts of climate change. One of the sites he visited was Ilulissat Icefjord, a UNESCO (United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization) World Heritage site, which he toured by boat.
