UNHCR: Vluchtnummers | Flight Tracks

Through pieces of music, refugees talk about their homeland, their journey, and arrival in the Netherlands. Rasha (Syrian), Abdulaal (Sudanese), Parwana (Afghan), Ahmad (stateless) and Aram (Syrian) talk about the music that gives them courage, makes them proud or makes them feel homesick.

Flight tracks, a five-part series, is an initiative of the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs, UNHCR Netherlands and the Dutch Refugee Foundation. The podcast series gives a unique insight into the stories of people who fled from war and violence and eventually built a new life in the Netherlands.
