Il Vertice ONU sui Sistemi Alimentari è dietro l’angolo!
The ‘People’s Summit’ is approaching
The UN Food Systems Summit is right around the corner. As of today, the Summit will see 91 Heads of State and Government leaders, Vice-Presidents, First Ladies, and over 40 Ministers who will be joining you alongside hundreds of others around the world on this virtual historic event. Don’t miss your opportunity to be alongside leaders, experts, and stakeholders to leverage the power of our food systems and capture all the Summit events on our virtual platform.
Leading up to the first-ever UN Food Systems Summit, we are inviting you to join us for a virtual shared meal with thousands of others around the world on Sunday, September 19th! This will mark the first of many #SustainableSundays, and all you have to do is post a picture on social media of a healthy, climate-friendly meal you’re eating using the hashtags #GoodFood4All & #UNFSS2021.
Bring your community together and host a Good Food For All – Watch and Do Party during the livestreamed Summit on September 23!
How? Create an online meeting using your favourite platform and stream the morning’s People’s Plenary or another Summit session through-out the day. You can also share your thoughts and reactions on the Summit’s virtual platform chat function. Camera shy? No problem! Organise a group chat to share live commentary and reactions with your networks instead. We have created an easy-to-use kit to get you started, and stay tuned for programme updates here.
Across our social media channels we have been highlighting how the ways in which we produce, process, and consume food touch every aspect of human existence. In the lead-up to the Summit, the #FoodSystems4SDGs countdown campaign is unpacking one Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) per day to explain the relationship between better food systems and making progress across all of the SDGs to build a resilient world, and we want your help to spread this important message!
Join the many Food Systems Heroes who have joined the conversation and tell the world which SDG is important to you and why with the campaign’s social media kit and dedicated frames.
