Opportunità professionali: UNRISD cerca un consulente senior per guidare il nuovo programma sulla giustizia di genere e lo sviluppo

We’re Recruiting! Seeking a Senior Consultant to Lead Our New Programme on Gender Justice and Development

We are delighted to announce that UNRISD is seeking an outstanding researcher to lead our new programme of work on Gender Justice and Development.

The new Gender Justice and Development Programme will take a critical, feminist, and institutional approach, exploring the underlying structures of gendered outcomes, and how to make them more equal. Research will consider the gendered content and impacts of economic, social and environmental policies and processes; the gendered politics of policy making, including the role of women’s movements and organizations; and gendered approaches to sustainable development.

Are you looking for a new challenge? Are you committed to producing high-quality research that contributes to the realization of equity and social justice in development policy and practice? Would you like to take the lead in elaborating and implementing this new UNRISD work programme?

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in conceptualizing, developing, fundraising for and implementing research programmes, with field research experience in developing countries. She/he/they will have a record of high-quality research outputs, and experience in communicating research to diverse audiences, particularly in policy communities and at the international level. She/he/they should be familiar with UNRISD research; some knowledge of the UN system would be an advantage.

If this sounds like you, please read the full job description here and apply.
