In close partnership with the city of Bonn, guided tours of the UN Campus are now available for the public to book. Since April 2026, visitors can enjoy engaging insights into the work of the United Nations and gain access to areas that are normally closed to the public.
Three types of tours are available for booking:
- Campus tours for individual visitors and groups on fixed dates: Fridays at 15:00 h (every week with a few exceptions due to UN internal events). The tour lasts between 1,5 and 2 hours and is led by a tour guide.
- Group tours on demand (max. 25 people): standard Campus tour with a guide + general presentation about UN Bonn (optional)
- Group tours on demand (max. 25 people), with the option of additional presentations by a UN specialist speaker on a specific topic alongside the standard Campus tour with a guide. Topics must be aligned with the City of Bonn and the UN Visitor Service in advance.
Registration is required, and participants must provide personal details in advance and carry a valid official identification document during the tour. All visits take place under special security arrangements.
Please note that tours of the UN Campus are open only to guests aged 14 and over.
Tours are offered either in German and English and can be arranged in other languages upon request.
