The Secretariat of the Agreement for the Conservation of Small Whales in the North and Baltic Seas, the Northeast Atlantic and the Irish Sea (ASCOBANS) and the Secretariat of the Agreement for the Conservation of European Bat Populations (EUROBATS) open their offices in Bonn.
